The Littmann Classic II of the 3M pediatric stethoscope has a stainless-steel bell and a floating diaphragm. The stethoscope is specially designed for use in younger patients. The double bell is with a small 3.3 cm diaphragm is ideal for pediatric patients. Provides high acoustic sensitivity through dual bell for both high and low frequency sounds.
