ThinPrep Pap Test is a valid and technologically advanced method for the prevention and early diagnosis of cervical cancer.
It is an evolution of the classic Pap smear. It is more accurate than classic Pap Test because it can detect more lesions and lesions related to cervical cancer or precancerous lesions.
The PreservCyt 20ml vial for Pap test is a transfer, fixation, and maintenance of Pap test cell by liquid phase cytology using a 20ml vial-type plastic cylinder filter compatible with the ThinPrep Th2P automatic T2000 ThiPrep HOLOGIC. The solution contains 35% - 55% methanol.
