The new Caya® diaphragm offers natural and safe contraception, without hormones! A safe method of contraception that you can control and use when you need it. Caya® is inserted into the vagina as a tampon before sexual intercourse. It completely covers the cervix and is placed between the posterior vaginal dome and the space behind the pubic bone.
