Special underwear for use with the Rodger wireless bed-wetting system.
Rodger underwear is made of 100% cotton and washed in the washing machine (up to 60 °C).
Caution: They are not washed by hand.

If you are not sure about the size, then:

Measure in cm the DIAMETER of the undergarment, that is the 'hose' from left to right.  Make sure the underwear you are measuring is appropriate, not tight, but not too loose.
